After attending the University of Michigan where he majored in Organ Performance, Ken Saliba began his Institutional sales career in the Detroit area. Since 1977, he has specialized in the Institutional Organ and Piano market, working with thousands of churches, temples, schools and individuals. In the late 80's, Ken became affiliated with the Allen Organ Company and has great expertise in the Allen products. Ken prides himself on his expertise regarding installation design and voicing. The advent of the Allen Renaissance technology has allowed the Allen organ to be totally voiced and regulated to suit the organist, acoustics and congregational needs. A native of the United Kingdom, Neil Weston is well-known in the Washington area as a conductor, organist, pianist, continuo player, and educator. Over the past decade he has worked with several of Washington's most eminent professional musical ensembles. He has given recitals throughout the United States, Europe, and Russia, and his playing appears on more than a dozen commercial CD recordings. His significant experience as an organist on both sides of the Atlantic gives him a unique perspective on the needs of churches, both large and small. He is able to give seasoned and informed advice on the installation of new organs, centered on the specific needs of each church. Having given over twenty years of service as a church musician in six different denominations, he has an unparalleled practical experience of the particular challenges facing most church music programs: experience that is invaluable in the selection of a new organ or piano.

Fred Markey has been working in the Institutional Sales Department of Jordan Kitt's Music since 1981. Fred studied organ at Westminster Choir College in Princeton, NJ, and earned a Master's degree in Organ Performance from Peabody Conservatory of Music in Baltimore, MD. Since starting with Jordan Kitt's, he has been involved in the sales and installation of many Allen organs throughout the Maryland and Delaware areas. He is the organist at Fourth Presbyterian Church in Bethesda, and performs many of the dedication concerts of newly installed Allen organs.

Since 1989, Rosa Hudson has provided expert advice to Richmond area institutions as a member of the Jordan Kitt's Music Institutional staff. A native of Charlotte, North Carolina, she earned her Music Education degree from East Carolina University. Rosa's experience as a music teacher and choral director continues to be valuable to the churches and schools she serves in our Central Virginia territory.

Bob Gulledge is a skilled organist with a degree from the University of Richmond. He has been the house organist for Lowe's Theater in Richmond, and is currently house organist for the Byrd Theater (also in Richmond). He was responsible for the selection of Steinway and Boston pianos at the Sandler Center, the Suffolk Center for the Cultural arts, the Ferguson Center for the Performing Arts, the Virginia Opera, the Virginia Arts Festival and the Virginia Stage Company. He is also responsible for piano loaner programs with Old Dominion University. In addition, he is responsible for having assisted churches all over Tidewater in acquiring Allen Organs. He is available to assist any church or faculty with the selection of the fine instrument that best suits their needs.
