Yamaha C2X 5'8" Conservatory Series Grand
This is an example of Yamaha's new CX-series grands, born of the legendary Conservatory Series originally developed in the 1960's. The C2X is the 5'8" size - big enough for a rich, powerful sound without being too large to fit in a tight space.
This is a great piano for a player wanting a very high quality grand, but with space or budget constraints. It encompasses the best of Yamaha design and materials. Although sightly smaller than a large grand, it still has a great big sound and extremely sensitive action.
Technicians and teachers are nearly unanimous in their opinion that Conservatory Series Yamahas are amongst the finest grands available for both home use and institutions.
The Yamaha CX Conservatory pianos come in a variety of sizes from the 5'3" C1X to the 7'6" C7X. All pianos in the series comes with 10 year manufacturer warranties, matching benches and the first in-home tuning free.
