It's only 4'7" in length from front to back, so it can fit in the smallest spaces. Unlike uprights that must be on a wall, baby grands are easier to place since they have 3 different placement options. You can put tail in the corner, keyboard in the corner or place it along a wall. In addition, there are different angling options making the positioning of a grand piano very flexible to accomodate a variety of furniture and room configurations.
This particular instrument is in very good condition and includes a warranty. In addition to tuning/prep prior to delivery, there is also a free tuning in the home within 60 days. The bench is included
