This 52" tall Kawai K35 Ebony Polish professional upright piano is in very good condition, both in terms of cabinet and technical.

The instrument was well maintained and was recently traded in for a used Kawai grand piano from Jordan Kitt's Music. It was played on a regular basis, which is a benefit since it is not good for a piano to sit for long periods without being played (or being tuned).

The piano was originally manufactured in Kawai's Japan factory and is the tallest upright you can get (even though it takes the same floor space as a small spinet or console). It's height makes it a fuller sounding piano than many baby grands due to the long strings and massive soundboard. 

This is also a great value, with the current replacement piano (model K800) listing at $22,495!

A matching bench is included as is the first free in-home tuning. The piano also comes with a warranty for complete peace of mind.
