JUST ARRIVED! This mostly original Steinway M Ebony Satin sounds so good and has such a relatively responsive action for its age, that it can be purchased as is. A prior owner replaced pins, strings and keytops. The cabinet is also in reasonably good condition and action parts are authentic Steinway.

At $25K it is a great value, with the typical new Steinway grand selling at close to $100K. As an option, the piano can be refurbished for an estimated additional $15K - $20K.

This 5'7" model M has always been one of Steinway's best selling baby grand sizes historically. It fits easily into a tight space, and at the same time has the larger soundboard size and longer strings that give it a bigger, fuller sound than smaller pianos.

The instrument purchase includes final tuning and prep prior to delivery, the matching original bench, and a follow up tuning in the home for free. It also comes complete with a warranty for total peace of mind - same 5 years parts & labor as new.

Also included is a 10-year full-trade up agreement to a future high end Bösendorfer or Yamaha grand purchase.

As an alternative, also consider a brand new Yamaha GC2 5'8" baby grand in a lower price range, but brand new and perfect with a 10 year manufacturer's warranty.
