This Steinway B Ebony Satin 7′ grand sounds absolutely fantastic overall, looks gorgeous and has a wonderfully responsive action after a rebuild and refinish. It represents an excellent value compared to the price of new.
The original Steinway Diaphragmatic soundboard is still to spec, so didn’t need replacing in this instrument manufactured relatively recently (1980) in piano years. New high-end German Abel hammers/action parts and new pinblock/strings, along with a new set of keys, make the piano sound absolutely beautiful.
The piano has been beautifully refinished in the classic ebony satin finish, lending an understated elegance to any space.
The 7′ model B is Steinway’s most popular size overall since it is a favorite for college conservatories, university music schools, teaching studios and individuals.
The piano includes everything that a brand new one does: matching bench, full prep and tuning prior to delivery by our staff technicians, a second free tuning in the home and a 5 year parts & labor warranty – same as new.
