Roland HP603 (SOLD)
SOLD! This slightly used Roland HP603 Rosewood is an 88 key digital piano that is only one generation old. It is in new condition since it has only been lightly used (with headphones) in the Rockville Music School student practice area.
With its graded hammer weighted action, it feels like a grand piano, and it sounds phenomenal with Roland's proprietary SuperNATURAL sound modeling technology. Unlike sampling, this sound generation produces unlimited tonal color and variety, just like an acoustic grand piano.
The piano has a nice rosewood cabinet with a speaker and amplifier system that gives it a big grand piano sound. It also has multiple other sounds digitally sampled from the acutal instruments.
It has built in recording capability and works well for a variety of players looking for an expanded musical experience from what traditional acoustic pianos have to offer.
Also consider a new Roland HP704 which is the current replacement piano with even better tone and touch, and an upgraded cabinet.
