This Kawai 502M Oak is a 42" tall console piano in an oak satin cabinet. This particular one is relatively new in age, in very nice condition and obviously well maintained technically. 

Since it is a taller piano than the shorter spinets, it has a large soundboard and long strings. This gives it tone and touch much closer to a small baby grand, without taking as much space. The price is also very reasonable compared to new uprights and especially baby grands with similar sound.

This piano comes with a warranty, bench and the first tuning in the home included free.

As an alternative, also consider a new Yamaha b1 console, the newest scale design and latest offering from Yamaha for a reasonably priced, high quality upright piano.
